Impostor (“the App”) is a party game developed by VanTech Informatics. This privacy policy explains how we handle
information when you use our App.

The App operates entirely offline on your device. No data is transmitted to any server, and no information is stored
beyond the current game session. Specifically:
– We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers.
– We do not collect device information or usage analytics.
– We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies.
– We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other device features.
Player Names
Player names entered during game setup are stored only in temporary memory for the duration of the game session. They
are never saved to disk, transmitted over the network, or shared with any third party. When you close the App or start
a new game, all player names are discarded.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe
for use by children and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations
worldwide, as no data collection occurs.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or social media
platforms. There are no in-app purchases.
Data Security
Since no personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted, there is no data to secure. All game data exists only in
your device’s temporary memory during gameplay.
